The Uprobrand Web is an online marketplace that operates under certain terms and conditions that govern the access and use by the audience. We act as a service facilitator between the buyers and sellers of all the services listed on our website and do not provide any service of our own. By using the website, you automatically accept the terms of use and the conditions (including but not limited to all the information stated below) and agree to comply with these as a form of a “User Agreement”.
The Uprobrand Web reserves the right to add, remove, change, or modify the Terms of Use at any time without prior notification to the users.
The use of this website for any purpose that is illegal, offensive, deceptive, fraudulent, harassing, in breach of copyright, confidentiality, or injurious to third parties is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated in any case.

By using TheUprobrand.com web site and using The Uprobrand Web services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Although The Uprobrand Web is commons referred to as an online marketplace, it is not a retailer. The Uprobrand web acts as a venue to match buyers and sellers. The Uprobrand Web is not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers and does not transfer legal ownership of items from the seller to the buyer. As a result, The Uprobrand Web has no control over the items advertised, or the ability of the sellers to sell items or the or the ability of buyers to pay for items. You are solely responsible for your information, and The Uprobrand Web acts as a passive conduit for your online distribution and publication of your information.

THIS AGREEMENT is made
ON THE BASIS THAT:
THE PARTIES AGREE THAT:
The Client appoints The Uprobrand Web as its exclusive online agent for ticketing services for the Event in accordance with this Agreement and the terms of the Proposal. The client will not appoint any other online ticketing agency to provide ticketing services in respect of the Event.
The term of this Agreement is for the period leading up to the Event or until thirty (30) days after the end of the Event
The Client represents and warrants to The Uprobrand Web that it is capable of granting rights to The Uprobrand Web to lawfully provide ticketing services
